The difference between a 100% organic all-purpose flour dehydrated starter and a 100% organic Kamut flour dehydrated starter comes down to the type of flour used.

• 100% Organic All-Purpose Flour Starter: Made from common wheat, this starter has a mild flavor and works well for all kinds of bread. It's versatile and gives consistent results.

• 100% Organic Kamut Flour Starter: Made from an ancient grain, this starter has a richer, nuttier flavor and adds a unique taste to bread. Kamut is also higher in protein and minerals, making it a more nutritious option. This is a great option for consumers with a sensitivity to gluten.

Both starters make sourdough, but Kamut offers a distinct flavor while all-purpose flour provides a more neutral base.
